5/30/07Greetings: I have been using your POH Nowax™ dental floss for some time. A friend gave a 100 yard spool. My hygienist has noticed a dramatic improvement in the condition of my gums over time. They would like to order more.

5/29/07 G C, Great service! I was surprised and delighted to receive the follow-up. I have used POH floss for years but never can find it in local stores. I went to the Net in desperation and was delighted to locate you. I also bought several toothbrushes. They are good but the handles are too short; will take some getting used to. Can't remember how I found out about POH -- I think a long-ago dentist gave me a sample because of a narrow gap between two of my teeth-- but I've been using it every day for probably 27 years or more. On the rare occasions when I've had to borrow floss, it never feels like it does the job.

After I finally learned to floss as an adult (which I had learned to do THAT earlier!) POH was (and is) just the best. 5/14/07 H E, Houston, TX - The order came and it was exactly right. Thank you. My story is that I was introduced to P.O.H. no-wax floss by the Dean of Bolton Dental School in Cleveland, OH, Dr. James DeMarco, in 1970. Although I had never been to a dentist until I was thirteen (Depression reared boy). I was 43 years of age and had periodontal disease and Dr. DeMarco was the first dentist to tell me that I only had to floss those teeth I wanted to keep. He had to do periodontal surgery and touted the value of unwaxed floss. He told about some research that found unwaxed floss was better as the separate strands had better cutting ability to remove plaque. That seemed logical to me and I've been using it since then and I have all my teeth except four wisdom's that were removed in the late 1940's and one that broke about five years ago. There, I have a permanent bridge. The only time I've had to use waxed floss was on a business trip to the annual EPCA meeting which, that year happened to be in Monaco. I ran out of floss, went to a shop and asked for floss "sans paraffin" (without wax), bought it and found when I got to my hotel it was waxed. That told me that when you try to speak French to someone native to the language, it is very difficult. I switched back to unwaxed POH floss as soon as I returned home. And have been using it since then. I feel very blessed to have been sent to that dentist.

5/14/07 Jim B, - Everything OK? Yup. P.O.H., keep making the good stuff. Like I said in the order, POH "classic" is the only floss thin enough for my few too-tight contacts. Then the lite wax makes the flossing even easier. Unfortunately, my drug store (Bartells here in Seattle) no longer carries that (or it's all gone every time I go in), so I have to do the direct order from you guys. Regards.

5/15/07 J B - Everything is OK. The floss arrived quickly. I don't have much of a POH story. I have no idea when I first started using your product--many years have gone by, of that I am certain--but it is the best dental floss that I know of on the market. I feel deprived when I run out and was delighted to find out I could order it on-line since my local stores don't seem to carry it.

5/8/07 Phil H - i don't have a POH story other than to say i really like it and it is difficult to find in this area so i like to order it. when i order it i usually get at least a dozen containers of it and then distribute it to my children and grandchildren. it is the best dental floss i have ever used and trust me i have used a lot of different brands . most flosses seem to be going to the ribbon which is OK i guess but it doesn't work as well for me . i like this fine POH . thanks for making it . later

5/4/07 D S, Ft Walton Beach - Your floss is the only fine (thin) floss that will get between my teeth. Last visit to the dentist April 07 was my gums were "text book" of what a healthy gum should look like.
